Glenn founded RPS in 1996 and built the business with dedication, hard work, and loyal employees. Glenn’s goal was to deliver an exceptional service to the client that was above and beyond the call of duty for the particular project. This lead to customer loyalty and repeat business. As the founder and owner, Glenn’s role with the company is to provide strategic direction. Prior to founding RPS, Glenn served his country in the USMC for 4 years and was a successful commodities broker for 15 years. In addition to RPS, Glenn oversees the operations of his other entities including, RPS Environmental, Garrett Holdings, Sea Vixen Tackle Company, and Cedarbrook Arabians. In his free time, Glenn enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Hurricane Season in the North Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico officially began June 1, 2019 and will end on November 30, 2019. This is the period where most tropical cyclones form in the Atlantic basin but not always. Subtropical Storm Andrea formed on May 20, 2019 and set a record for the fifth year consecutively where a tropical or subtropical cyclone developed before the official start of the season.
