Constructed wetlands are created to enhance existing wetlands or recreate these systems after land development. Government issued wetland permits require certain performance criteria and only highly specialized professionals have the know-how needed to meet these benchmarks. The RPS Environmental teams have years of experience manipulating water flow by reducing or introducing water and possess the specialized knowledge needed to introduce native wetland plants or remove non-native species as needed.

Hurricane Season in the North Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico officially began June 1, 2019 and will end on November 30, 2019. This is the period where most tropical cyclones form in the Atlantic basin but not always. Subtropical Storm Andrea formed on May 20, 2019 and set a record for the fifth year consecutively where a tropical or subtropical cyclone developed before the official start of the season.
